Ms. Lu Yunwen has resigned from October 28, 2026 as (i) the Company's Company Secretary; (ii) the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules; and (iii) the agent of the Company to receive legal process documents and notify the Company in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules.

The appointment of Ms. Liu Chang as the company secretary, authorized representative and agent for legal procedure documents will take effect from October 28, 2026.
