Sealand Capital Galaxy Completes GBP7 Million Purchase of Brilliant Glow Group

04:10 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sealand Capital Galaxy (SCGL.L) completed the acquisition of Brilliant Glow Group for 6.6 million pounds sterling, making the consulting services business its subsidiary. The digital marketing and IT company said Wednesday that the acquisition of the Hong Kong-based company, which owns Shenzhen Brilliant Glow Consulting Services, will help expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
