(SASE:6050) agreed to update the terms of its transaction involving the sale of a 51% stake in Al-Haridah Aquaculture to Sara National Trading. The Saudi Arabia-listed fishing company issued electronic bonds to the guarantors of the agreement, according to a Sunday release.
