Huaxing Holdings (08237) appoints Yung Cheng (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants as new auditors

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huaxing Holdings (08237) announced that Hong Kong Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited has proposed the resignation of the company's auditor with effect from October 23, 2026.

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Yung Shing (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor with effect from October 23, 2026 to fill the temporary vacancy caused by the resignation and hold office until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
