Anhui Wantong Expressway (00995) plans to issue corporate bonds with a total principal amount not exceeding 700 million yuan

The board of directors plans to publicly issue corporate bonds (second instalment) to professional investors in 2026 with a total principal amount not exceeding RMB 700 million in China based on approval. The 2026 second corporate bonds are divided into two types: (i) Type 1 has a term of 3 years; (ii) Type 2 has a term of 5 years.
