According to data from the National Charging Facility Monitoring Service Platform, by the end of September 2026, the total number of electric vehicle charging infrastructures in China reached 24.777 million, an increase of 37.2% over the previous year. Among them, there were 5.207 million public charging facilities, an increase of 16.3% over the previous year, with a total rated power of 266 million kilowatts, and the average power of a single gun was about 51.10 kilowatts; 19.57 million private charging facilities, an increase of 44.0% over the previous year, and the reported installed capacity of private charging facilities reached 167 million kilovolts.
