RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376): Lin Guanhui appointed as independent non-executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance App, RAFFLESINTERIOR (01376) announced that Mr. Lin Guanhui (Mr. Lin) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, and a member of the Company's new independent board committee with effect from October 20, 2026.

Mr. Zhang Weizhong (Mr. Zhang) has been transferred from an independent non-executive director of the Company to a non-executive director, with retroactive effect from October 13, 2026. This is because he was appointed on the same day as a director of Ngai Chin Construction Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company registered in Singapore. The appointment may affect his independence under section 3.13 of the Listing Rules.

Furthermore, after Mr. Lam was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Professor Ho Chung has ceased to be the convener of the Audit Committee. Effective October 20, 2026, he is still a member of the Audit Committee.

Furthermore, in order to comply with the requirements of Rule 3.25 of the Listing Rules, Mr. Zheng Nenghuan is no longer a member of the Remuneration Committee, effective from October 20, 2026.

Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
