GF Securities (01776) plans to issue no more than 2 billion yuan of corporate bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, GF Securities (01776) announced that in 2026, GF Securities Co., Ltd. will publicly issue science and technology innovation company bonds (first installment) to professional investors no more than RMB 2 billion (inclusive), and the coupon rate inquiry range is 1.20%-2.20%. At least 70% of the capital raised in the current bond is used to support business in the field of scientific and technological innovation through equity, bonds, fund investment, capital intermediary services, etc., and the remaining portion is used to supplement the company's working capital.
