Makhazen Gets Favorable Ruling in KWD29 Million Court Case

07:14 AM EDT, 10/18/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Agility Public Warehousing (DFM:MKHZN), or Makhazen, received a favorable ruling from the Court of First Instance on Oct. 15 in a 28.7 million-Kuwaiti-dinar lawsuit filed by Kuwait's Public Authority for Industry. The court decided that the administrative authority's claim in respect of the fourth and fifth phases in scrap Amghara is inadmissible because the matter had already been ruled on and adjudicated in prior litigations, according to a Sunday release. The decision does not impact the Dubai-listed supply chain services company's financials.
