Jinli Group (03919) plans to discount approximately 14.3% to raise a net share offering of approximately HK$12.6 million according to the “2 for 1” basis

Zhitong Finance App News, Jinli Group (03919) announced that the company proposes to issue 22.686 million shares, HK$0.6 per share, according to the “2 for 1” benchmark, with a discount of about 14.3% from the closing price of HK$0.7 per share reported on the Stock Exchange on the last trading day, to raise about HK$13.6 million, net about HK$12.6 million, or about 90.0% of the total repayment of certain bank financing, about 10% of the Group's general working capital.
