08:26 AM EDT, 10/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets commenced its coverage of DSV (DSV.CO) with a sector perform rating, noting issues related to the integration of acquired company Schenker into the transport and logistics group. "DSV has been an impressive consolidator and compounder within the sector, although is encountering challenges with the Schenker integration, particularly in Road. For long-term investors, we see material upside potential if DSV ultimately (and even partly) delivers on the integration, and long-term margin ambitions. However, in the near term, we think there is a risk of further consensus downgrades (with RBCe FY28E EBIT ~10% below consensus). We wait for signs that events on the ground are corresponding more closely with estimates on the spreadsheet," analysts said Thursday. The research firm noted that DSV's shares are currently down more than 25% year to date, but views this as a potential "attractive" entry point for investors who are "willing to keep the faith" on the upside potential of the integration. Over the 2026 to 2030 period, RBC forecasts an EPS compound annual growth rate of 25% for the company. The stock's price target was set at 1,250 Danish kroner.
