Jianye Real Estate (00832)'s property contract sales of 438 million yuan in September decreased by 12.2% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jianye Real Estate (00832) announced that in September 2026, the Group obtained property contract sales of RMB 438 million, a year-on-year decrease of 12.2%; the contract sales floor area was 69,938 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 12.8%; the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,263, an increase of 0.7% over the previous year.

For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the Group has obtained total property contract sales of RMB 5.232 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 14.5%; the total contract sales area was 794,596 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 18.1%; and the average sales price per square meter was RMB 6,584, an increase of 4.4% over the previous year.
