According to Sanfu Xinke, Sanfu Xinke's Mingyi Electronics has launched a new series of products — high aspect ratio gantry wire electroplating equipment, which can support the production of high aspect ratio panels of 40:1 and above; this series of equipment can be customized according to customer needs to adapt to phosphor copper balls and insoluble anode systems, and can meet the electroplating needs of high-end circuit boards such as high aspect ratio AI server PCB boards and IC carrier boards. The equipment has passed various technical tests and has been approved by domestic leading server PCB manufacturing customers. At present, several orders for equipment have been received, and the production line for this series of equipment has entered the production and delivery stage.
