Mutares Closes Purchase of Steinmüller Engineering

10:25 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mutares (MUX.F) wrapped up its acquisition of German thermal-process engineering company Steinmüller Engineering from Japanese industrial group IHI Corp (IWJ.F). Steinmüller recorded a total output of 100 million euros in the last financial year and has 170 employees, according to a Thursday release from the German private equity holding company.
