Gartner has published its first Magic Quadrant evaluating providers in the digital accessibility market.

NEW YORK, Oct. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- accessiBe, a digital accessibility technology company, today announced its inclusion in the inaugural Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Accessibility, where it was named a Challenger. accessiBe was also evaluated in the companion Gartner Critical Capabilities for Digital Accessibility report. This is the first Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Accessibility.

A Gartner Magic Quadrant is a culmination of research in a specific market, giving you a wide-angle view of the relative positions of the market's competitors. By applying a graphical treatment and a uniform set of evaluation criteria, a Magic Quadrant helps you quickly ascertain how well technology providers are executing their stated visions and how well they are performing against Gartner's market view.

"Accessibility needs to be embedded as a practice, not treated as a project," said Robert Lopez, CEO of accessiBe. "We believe being included in this inaugural report reflects the work our teams, customers, partners, and disability community have done to move accessibility forward. It also raises the bar for what comes next. We will keep challenging assumptions and investing in more transparent, connected, and effective ways to put accessibility into practice."

accessiBe started with automation. Today, AI powers the platform, and experts and people with disabilities make sure it works for real people.

An end-to-end platform powered by a unified engine

accessiBe's end-to-end accessibility platform brings together automated technology, developer tools, professional services, and human expertise.

The platform includes:

  • accessScan, a free automated scanning tool that helps organizations identify detectable accessibility issues and establish a starting point for their work.
  • accessWidget, automated runtime accessibility that addresses programmatically detectable barriers in real-time and supports individual user preferences. Its recently launched AI accessibility assistant lets visitors describe what they need in plain language and can adjust the page, answer questions about its content, or guide them to specific elements.
  • accessFlow, which brings accessibility testing and remediation into development workflows. Its Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration delivers live findings and guidance inside developers' integrated development environments. The newly announced Code Agent reviews GitHub pull requests, flags accessibility issues at the relevant line, and suggests fixes developers can accept or reject before code ships.
  • accessServices, which provides manual audits, assistive-technology user testing, document remediation, VPAT/ACR conformance documentation, custom remediation, and litigation support.

The platform is shaped by a continuous feedback loop. accessLabs analysts, who are blind and use assistive technologies, test digital experiences and help the team improve those experiences for customers. accessiBe's Inclusive Product Advisory Board brings disability leaders, nonprofit organizations, assistive-technology users, and accessibility professionals into product testing, feedback, and language decisions.

"Digital accessibility is becoming an enterprise operating practice," said Judy Quintana, SVP of Marketing at accessiBe. "Buyers need a clear way to evaluate how technology, services, and human expertise work together. Every organization starts from a different place, so we meet businesses where they are and tailor the approach around them."
