Swiss Overnight Hotel Stays Up 5.5% in September, Flash Data Shows

08:15 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hotels in Switzerland recorded a 5.5% year-over-year increase in overnight stays for September, according to a flash estimate published by the Federal Statistical Office on Thursday. Hotel bookings by Swiss nationals rose 4.4% on an annual basis, while bookings from foreigners climbed 6.4%.
