Smiths News Extends Exclusive Distribution Contract with Telegraph Media Group

06:47 AM EDT, 10/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UK-listed news wholesaler Smiths News (SNWS.L) extended its exclusive contract with Telegraph Media Group Holdings. The contract term was extended through September 2036, and new distribution territories were added to Smiths News' network. Distribution in the new territories will start in October 2027, according to a Thursday filing. Smiths News estimates an additional revenue of 40 million pounds sterling per year starting in October 2027 from the expanded territories.
