Zhongmin Energy (600163.SH) plans to invest about 247 million yuan to build a 50MW fishery and light complementary project in Fuqing

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongmin Energy (600163.SH) announced that in May 2022, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongmin (Fuqing) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd., to invest in the construction of a 50MW fishery and light complementary project in Xincuo, Fujian, and Fuqing with the company as the implementing entity. The 50MW fishery and light complementary project in Fuqing, China and Fujian obtained a registration certificate from the Fuqing Development and Reform Bureau in July 2026. The total investment of the project is about 247 million yuan. The main construction content and scale is to rent the surface of Kengtang to build a centralized photovoltaic power generation project with an installed capacity of 50 MW.
