Airbus Plans to Soon Decide on Higher A350 Jet Production Capacity

10:31 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Airbus (AIR.PA, AIR.F) intends to soon decide on increasing production capacity for its A350 widebody aircraft as market demand grows, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing the chief executive of the company's commercial aircraft business. Lars Wagner, CEO of the planemaker's Commercial Aircraft division, told a news briefing that the issue will be brought to the company's board of directors and that a decision will come sooner than later.
