GFH Sells US Distribution Facility for $151 Million

10:23 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GFH Bank's (DFM:GFH, ADX:GFH) asset management division GFH Partners sold a logistics facility in the US to the property's longstanding tenant, Michelin North America, for $151 million. The sale of the 2-million-square-foot super regional distribution facility, which closed on Oct. 6, marks GFH Partners' fourth exit from the US industrial and logistics space, according to a Wednesday release. The Emirati banking group acquired the property, located southwest of downtown Chicago, in February 2021 in partnership with Silver Creek Development, which was also involved in the exit.
