In September, the company achieved a contract sales amount of about 719 million yuan, a decrease of 51.55% over the same period last year; the sales area was about 107,500 square meters, a decrease of 49.12% over the same period last year. From January to September, the company achieved a total contract sales amount of about 8.825 billion yuan, a decrease of 41.36% over the same period last year; the cumulative contract sales area was about 1,412,900 square meters, a decrease of 27.88% over the same period last year.
