According to the Zhitong Finance App, Cao Cao Chuxing (02643) issued an announcement to repurchase 59,000 shares at HK$6981 million on October 13, 2026; to issue 1,616 shares to exercise share purchase rights in accordance with the pre-initial public offering share incentive plan adopted in November 2022.
