Congolese crude oil production increased by 60,000 b/d to 279,000 b/d in September. Algeria's crude oil production increased by 0.3 million b/d in September to 1.03 million b/d. Libya's crude oil production fell by 58,000 b/d in September to 1.291 million b/d.
