Currently, about 29.63% of the daily crude oil production and 24.81% of the daily natural gas production in the Gulf of Mexico have been shut down. Personnel from 1 non-powered positioning rig have been evacuated, accounting for 9.09% of the 11 rigs of this type currently in service in the Gulf of Mexico.
