Hongxin Electronics (300657.SZ): Signed a total procurement contract of 2,983 billion yuan for high-performance server computing power chips

(hereinafter referred to as “Alliancom”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, recently signed a “Product Purchase and Sale Contract” with Supplier A to purchase high-performance server computing power chips. The total contract price including tax is RMB 2,131 billion; it has signed a “Sales Contract” with Supplier B to fulfill the corresponding contract payment obligation in the form of one-time or batch delivery. The model is RMB 8.52 billion.
