Industry insiders revealed on the 12th that Samsung Electronics is expanding the scope of application of its next-generation NAND flash memory product “ZnAND” and is initially developing three types of Z-NAND flash memory. In addition to the recently released Z-nand-O, they also include Z-nand-T and Z-nand-i. Samsung Electronics first showcased a Z-nand-O prototype at a memory-related event held in the US in August last year.
