02:03 AM EDT, 10/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The Saudi Appeals Committee for Securities Disputes rejected a petition seeking a review of a ruling that awarded Saudi Darb Investment (SASE:4130) 69.2 million Saudi riyals in a lawsuit against former board members. The decision leaves the award final and enforceable, according to a Monday filing. The Saudi real estate company originally sought 100 million riyals in compensation from former directors who served between February 2010 and February 2013. Saudi Darb said it is pursuing enforcement proceedings against the defendants through its legal adviser.
