(“Datang Group”) and China Datang Group Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. (“Datang Nuclear Power Company”) jointly signed the “China Datang Group Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. Capital Increase Agreement”. According to the agreement, Datang Group invested 942 million yuan according to the 60% shareholding ratio, and the company invested 628 million yuan according to the 40% shareholding ratio to pay for the infrastructure costs of the Xudabao Nuclear Power Project in Liaoning, the Ningde Nuclear Power Phase II Project in Fujian, equipment procurement and construction preparation costs for the first phase of the Zhuanghe Nuclear Power Project in Liaoning, and the upfront costs of the Yangxi Nuclear Power Project in Guangdong. After the capital increase was completed, the shareholding ratio of all parties in Datang Nuclear Power Company remained unchanged.
