This land acquisition is part of the construction of the Future Show Bay Area Science Park project. The total investment of the project is no more than 650 million yuan, and the funding sources are own and self-funded. Currently, the project still needs to go through the signing of a land concession contract, registration of ownership, and approval procedures from various competent authorities.
