Brave Bison Group Further Hikes Takeover Offer for System1 Group

03:11 AM EDT, 10/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Brave Bison Group (BBSN.L) raised its takeover proposal for System1 Group (SYS1.L), according to a Wednesday filing. Under its "fifth and final offer," the media and marketing company is offering 1.80 pounds sterling in cash, 2.394 new shares and one contingent value right for every share of the marketing research company. The proposal, which comes with an all-equity alternative, implies a total value of 53.4 million pounds for the target. The offer is subject to the approval of shareholders representing more than 50% of the target's voting rights, among other conditions. Brave Bison indicated that it will commence the delisting of System1 once it secures at least 75% of the target's voting rights.
