East Star Resources, Partner Land Drilling Approval for Rulikha Copper Project in Kazakhstan

03:20 AM EDT, 10/06/2026 (MT Newswires) -- East Star Resources (EST.L) and partner Nova Ltd. secured drilling approval for license 3631 at the Rulikha copper project in Kazakhstan, according to a Tuesday filing. Under the drilling operations, which commenced on Monday, five holes will be drilled initially. The project will be developed by Nova Ltd., with no further cost to the London-listed gold and copper explorer. East Star Resources will be fully carried to production and will hold between 25% and 35% of the producing mine.
