Golden Energy Offshore Signs $9 Million in New Energy Swan Charters

06:36 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Golden Energy Offshore Services (GEOS.OL) secured two new charter agreements worth an estimated $8.7 million for its platform supply vessel Energy Swan, according to a Friday release. The first contract includes a one-month firm period starting in October 2026, with additional options, and the second comprises an initial firm period of 290 days starting in January 2027, with extension options for a further 500 days. Golden Energy said full exercise of the options raises the projected overall charter value to $23.5 million. The shipowner and operator added that the combined remaining contract backlog for its Energy Pace, Energy Paradise, and Energy Swan vessels is $17.9 million as of Thursday.
