WISeKey International Completes Redomiciliation to British Virgin Islands

02:04 AM EDT, 10/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International (WIHN.SW) completed its redomiciliation to the British Virgin Islands from Switzerland as the process took legal effect on Thursday, according to a same-day release. The security and encryption services company's redomiciliation was initiated through a cross-border merger of WISeKey into its wholly owned British Virgin Islands subsidiary, WISeQey, the surviving company. Holders of existing WISeKey securities will receive WISeQey securities under previously announced terms. WISeQey ordinary shares are expected to begin trading under the ticker WQEY on Nasdaq and the SIX Swiss Exchange on Oct. 5, with the latter serving as the primary listing.
