Carlsberg Gets Regulatory Nod for Indian Unit IPO Pre-filing

The Danish brewer filed for the listing in July, according to a regulatory document published on Thursday. The proposed IPO will not raise fresh capital and will only enable the company to sell part of its ownership in the Carlsberg India unit, Reuters reported July 2.
