Canso Select Opportunities Corporation Announces Renewal of Operational Services Agreement

RICHMOND HILL, Ontario, Oct. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Canso Select Opportunities Corporation (TSX Venture: CSOC.A, CSOC.B) (“CSOC”) announces the renewal of its Operational Services Agreement with Canso Investment Counsel Ltd. ("CIC"), effective October 1, 2026. Under the renewed agreement, CIC will continue to provide certain day-to-day operational services required to support CSOC's business and affairs. CSOC and CIC originally entered into the Operational Services Agreement on August 1, 2018. While the scope of services remains unchanged, the services will now be provided on a fee basis negotiated between CSOC and CIC. The change reflects the growth of CSOC since the original agreement was entered into in 2018 and recognizes the continuing operational support and resources provided by CIC.
