Hexpol Wraps Up EUR143.5 Million Purchase of Italy's Vipa Group

08:54 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hexpol (HPOL-B.ST) completed its acquisition of Italian wire and cable thermoplastic compound maker Vipa Group for 143.5 million euros on a cash- and debt-free basis. The advanced polymer compounding company said Thursday it funded the deal, which includes the Vi.pa and Vi.pa Polimeri companies, using a combination of bank facilities and cash. The deal was announced on July 31.
