Fiinu Unit Files Restructuring Proceedings in Poland Amid Loan Dispute

The issue relates to bankruptcy petitions filed against Everfex by its former owners over historic loans. The company's board has rejected the claims and requested restructuring proceedings to allow the court to independently determine their validity and treatment. Financial technology company Fiinu noted that the purchase agreement for its takeover of Everfex in August 2025 includes indemnity protections against certain pre-acquisition obligations, as well as contractual guarantees.
