Subsequently, an executive who had been allocated up to 700,000 warrants resigned from the Company. As a result, the rights attached to such warrants lapsed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the ESOP Warrant scheme. Accordingly, the Company has up to 3,300,000 warrants remaining that are eligible for exercise.
