Norske Skog Finalizes NOK770 Million Property Sale in Norway

05:58 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Norske Skog (NSKOG.OL) unit Norske Skog Saugbrugs concluded its sale of properties to Norwegian government agency Norsk Nukleær Dekommisjonering for 770 million kroner. The Norwegian paper producer said Thursday that Norske Skog Saugbrugs will have access to the areas to run its paper machines until the second half of 2028. Proceeds from the sale will be used to repay a 400 million-krone short-term debt and bolster the group's liquidity.
