Seed Innovations Raises Funds via Retail Share Offer, Second Closing

05:18 AM EDT, 10/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Seed Innovations (SEED.L) raised gross proceeds of 167,000 pounds sterling through a retail share offer and 217,000 pounds from the second closing of a fundraising. The artificial intelligence and robotics-focused investor will issue a total of 16,004,058 ordinary shares at 0.024 pound each from the retail offer and the closing with investors, according to a Thursday release. The new shares are expected to start trading on Oct. 6. Including the fundraising announced Tuesday, the company has raised gross proceeds of 2.9 million pounds.
