GRK Infra Finalizes Purchase of Pirkan Rakentajapalvelu

The Finland-listed company settled a portion of the transaction, which was disclosed in August, via a directed issue of 214,950 shares. Admission of the consideration shares on Nasdaq Helsinki is expected on Oct. 6, subject to listing clearance.
