Chinese Online (300364.SZ) plans to raise no more than 2,833 billion yuan in stock increases

Zhitong Finance App News, Chinese Online (300364.SZ) released a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets in 2026. The total amount raised in this offering does not exceed RMB 2,833 billion (including the number of shares). The net amount raised after deducting related issuance fees will all be used for the following projects: digital copyright content resource upgrade construction projects, IP derivative content development projects, AI big model technology R&D and upgrade projects, AIGC multi-modal content platform technology upgrade construction projects, and supplementary liquidity.
