ST Doushen (300010.SZ)'s wholly-owned subsidiary signed a cloud computing service agreement with a total contract value of US$119 million

(hereinafter referred to as “Doushen Hong Kong” or “Service Provider”), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a “Cloud Computing Service Agreement” with VB customers (hereinafter referred to as the “customer”) to provide cloud computing services to the customer. The service period of the agreement is 60 months, and the total contract amount for this order is US$119 million.

This contract is a large-scale computing power service project implemented by the company's intelligent computing service business. It is an important practice for the company to cultivate a second growth curve. The service period for the first order is 60 months. The customer prepays 40% of the total order amount as agreed and pays the service fee on a monthly basis, which helps ensure the orderly development of the new business. The signing and implementation of this contract reflects the extension of the company's business from AI applications to the field of computing power infrastructure. The company will accumulate operating experience in large-scale computing power projects through this project to help expand the intelligent computing business market in the future.
