Quiver Quantitative Teams Up With Robinhood to Bring Congressional Trading, Insider Activity, and Corporate Lobbying Data to Robinhood Agents
Quiver joins Robinhood Agent Apps as an inaugural data provider, letting customers analyze alternative data directly within Robinhood
MADISON, Wis. — September 29, 2026 — A great deal of market-relevant information is public in name but not in practice. Stock trades by members of Congress, transactions by corporate insiders, lobbying spending, and government contract awards are all disclosed as the law requires — and then sit in scattered databases, difficult for non-professionals to parse through and interpret.
Quiver Quantitative has spent years collecting these records and making them usable. Starting today, Robinhood customers can analyze and act on all of this data directly within Robinhood. Government Tracking by Quiver is one of the inaugural data providers on Robinhood Agent Apps, the marketplace Robinhood unveiled today at HOOD Summit 2026 alongside Robinhood Agents.
Robinhood Agents lets customers direct an AI agent from inside their brokerage app. Agent Apps is the storefront where they add tools and skills built by third parties. Subscribing to Quiver’s Government Tracking app gives a customer's agent the ability to retrieve, filter, compare, and summarize Quiver's datasets, and incorporate them into the user’s agentic trading processes.
The Data
Here is a preview of the initial group of datasets which Quiver will be bringing to Robinhood:
Congressional trading. Members of Congress are required to disclose their securities transactions. The app can surface these disclosures — who filed, what was reported, and when — typically within minutes of public posting.
Insider transactions. When an officer, director, or large shareholder of a public company trades in that company's shares, the transaction is disclosed on SEC Form 4. The app can retrieve these filings by company, filer, or date, so a customer can ask whether insiders at Company XYZ have been net buyers or net sellers over a given period.
Institutional holdings. Quarterly 13F filings, through which large asset managers report their positions, are available in aggregate and in detail.
Lobbying and government contracts. Federal lobbying disclosures and contract awards are available by company and category, drawn from the public registries where they are recorded.
The rest of the catalog. Corporate PAC contributions, executive compensation disclosures, patent filings, off-exchange trading volume, and Quiver's curated newsfeed complete the offering, along with composite tools that combine several datasets into a single view of a company or a comparison across several.
For years, datasets like these have been a staple of professional investment research. Hedge funds and asset managers have long used alternative data to spot developments that typical financial statements leave out — a wave of insider buying at a company, a surge in lobbying ahead of a policy change, or a new government contract that is not yet reflected in earnings. Quiver collects these records from across the public record, standardizes them, and delivers them in a form an agent can work with, giving retail investors access to the same kinds of information that professionals have used to inform their decisions. Customers use the data to reach their own conclusions and direct their own agents; the app itself provides data and research rather than recommendations. All requests flow through Robinhood's infrastructure, so customers' personal information stays with Robinhood.
A Word From Quiver
"Quiver's goal has always been to bring new data streams to retail investors, and to make it as easy as possible for them to put that data to work," said James Kardatzke, CEO of Quiver Quantitative. "Teaming up with Robinhood opens an exciting new avenue for retail investors to begin incorporating complex alternative data into their investment process, and we see it as a major step toward bridging the data gap between Main Street and Wall Street."

About Quiver Quantitative
Quiver Quantitative was founded in February 2020 by two college students with the goal of bridging the information gap between Wall Street and non-professional investors. Alternative data has become widely used among professional money managers over the past decade, but it is typically priced for institutional clients and out of reach for retail investors. Quiver collects alternative data from across the internet — including Congressional trading disclosures, insider transactions, lobbying activity, government contracts, and corporate political spending — and makes it available in an easy-to-use format through its web dashboard, mobile apps, developer API, and MCP server.
