A US fund has filed a criminal complaint in Switzerland accusing Radiant World and its affiliates of fraud and money laundering. Marlin Atlantic Multi-Strategy Co., Ltd. is applying to obtain relevant documents from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Interbank Clearing Payment System for use in this Swiss lawsuit. Radiant World is mired in numerous civil lawsuits, and the Singapore police have also launched a separate investigation against it, accusing the company of providing false documents to banks to obtain financing.
