On September 29, with the last section of the arch rib section being lifted, the arch rib of the Guizhou Huangkou to Guangxi Baise Railway Hongshui River Railway Bridge completed successfully. The bridge is located at the junction of Qian-Gui and spans the Hongshui River. This time Helong marks a key breakthrough in the main construction of the bridge, laying a solid foundation for the completion and opening of the entire line to traffic on schedule. The Huangbai Railway has a total length of about 315 kilometers and a design speed of 160 kilometers per hour. It is a national Class I single-track electrified railway. It is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2028. After completion of the project, the layout of the new land and sea corridors in the west will be further improved, and a convenient large corridor connecting the river to the sea in western China will be built.
