Power Investment Hydropower announced that the company plans to sign a “Entrusted Management Agreement” with China Power Investment Group Chongqing Electric Power Co., Ltd., and the company will carry out the operation management of the Chongqing Company. From the date the agreement takes effect until December 31, 2028, the management fee will be charged at 67 million yuan per year. The Chongqing Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Power Investment Group, the actual controller of the company, and this constituted a related transaction; the relevant bill was reviewed and approved by the 7th meeting of the 11th board of directors of the company.
