Seed Innovations Raises GBP3 Million from Share Sale

05:23 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Seed Innovations (SEED.L) conditionally raised 2.5 million pounds sterling from a placement and subscription of 104,866,659 new ordinary shares. The capital raising will take effect upon admission of the shares on the London bourse, which is scheduled to take place no later than Oct. 6, according to a Tuesday filing. The physical artificial intelligence and robotics-focused investing company also launched a retail offering on the Winterflood Retail Access Platform for potential additional proceeds of 150,000 pounds. The offering kicked off on the same day and is expected to close on Wednesday, with the result to be disclosed on Thursday. Net proceeds from the entire share sale will be used primarily for additional investments in physical AI and robotics, including through select companies in its existing portfolio.
