NewRiver REIT Forms Retail Park Partnership, Buys UK Asset

05:14 AM EDT, 09/29/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NewRiver REIT (NRR.L) formed a retail park capital partnership with Singapore-based real estate groups Soilbuild Group Holdings and United Engineers, marking the start of their collaboration with the acquisition of a UK asset. The London-listed real estate investment trust holds a 25% interest in the capital partnership, representing a net equity investment of 9.3 million pounds sterling following completion of a loan facility, according to a Tuesday release. The capital partnership acquired The Springs retail and leisure park in Leeds, UK, for 73.5 million pounds from Legal & General (LGEN.L).
