Zhitong Finance App News, Three Gorges New Materials (600293.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire no less than 53.14% of its shares from counterparties including Dai Xiaobing, Zhuhai Profit Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Profit Investment”), Xue Yao and Lu Haixia, etc. by issuing shares and paying cash.

Following the company's application to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, trading of the company's shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on September 29, 2026 (Tuesday). The suspension period is expected to be no more than 10 trading days.
